– Slow Roasted Fillet of Beef, smoked potato puree, carrot fondant, confit shallot & red wine jus
– Mushroom, Spinach and Lentil Pithivier served with Roasted Eggplant Relish & Tomato Vierge Dressing (vegetarian option)
