Another nice comment from a corporate client this morning:

Just wanted to touch base and provide feedback on your team this morning.

Joe was excellent, he totally took charge (even of the barista which I loved cos I didn’t have to worry about it!) and it was fantastic.  Everything ran absolutely smoothly and I only have gushing compliments, no complaints at all.

The guests were impressed with the food – “designer food at this time of the morning, wow” was thrown around.  Really, really happy.

Thanks so much and please pass this feedback onto the team.  They were a pleasure.
