February is the month when Sydney’s corporates get back to work.
The summer days of January seem a distant memory when there is work to be done.
To kickstart February many of our clients have ramped up their catering.

Our team recently joined forces with Merrick Watts and Triple M street team to stage Australia’s largest Meat Chandelier BBQ.

Triple M has been a regular client of Amory Catering since 2004. Amory Catering works closely with Triple M and sister station 2DayFM to stage external event throughout Sydney.
However, the “Meat Chandelier” has to have been one of the most unusual requests.

One of our corporate catering clients, operates in financial markets across the globe.
Their trading desk still opens event if we have a local public holiday in Sydney.
As a general rule, all staff are required to work on the public holiday, so that there are no “short straws”.
Even though there are very few lunch catering options in Sydney’s CBD on public holidays, we still provide them with lunch.
We always try to make the public holiday lunch something special. Usually a selection of their favourite items.
The vast majority of our corporate catering clients are located in the Sydney CBD.
One of regular clients occupies the top of Chifley Tower Sydney, commanding sweeping views over the harbour and city skyline.
Every day we try to distract them from the view with our Corporate lunch menu.
